Exciting Technology Coming to Pioneers

Steve Scott Joins Intrigue Sports Group

Exciting new technology from Intrigue Sports Group and Automatic TV is coming to Lusitano Stadium.  Automatic TV’s multi-camera technology allows teams to broadcast live in full HD without human intervention.   This includes the ability to record games along with training sessions, and then allow the coaching staff to review footage from multiple angles.

Automatic TV was introduced to the Western Mass Pioneers and Lusitano Stadium by Steve Scott. Scott is a former Pioneers player, signing one of their first contracts with the inaugural 1998 team, and has been a part of it ever since. Now Scott is a long time member of the Pioneers Board of Directors.  Scott is also a coach for the Western United Pioneers, and has played and coached for numerous successful Gremio Lusitano Club teams.  “I have been a part of this community since the early 90's and it has always welcomed me with open arms.  I am forever grateful for the continued opportunities it presents" commented Scott.

"The development of athletes through video technology is becoming a critical component to take them to the next level. In addition, having a tool to break down game tape, training sessions and have 'live' feedback for coaches is invaluable. Automatic TV is the solution!"stated Scott.

Scott’s position with the Intrigue Sports Group allows him to offer the incredible video technology of Automatic TV. Automatic TV, the new video content creator from Mediapro, is the unattended solution for producing, storing, and broadcasting match footage not only for fans, but also for coaching strategies.  Mediapro is a global company headquartered in Barcelona, Spain.

"In addition to the development of players, Automatic TV offers a means to stream games live over online services including YouTube. This will allow clubs to promote their teams, leagues to promote their organizations, while also being a means to increase revenue through advertising. It’s a win-win for both clubs and sponsors.  We at Intrigue Sports Group are excited that Lusitano Stadium will be the home for the first installation of the Automatic TV system in the U.S. in early April 2017.  The Western Mass Pioneers and Western United Pioneers are one of the top premier systems in the Northeast.  We are proud to be a part of their continued success and development" Scott continued.

The international success of Automatic TV continues to grow as the top Spanish Primera División, also known as La Liga, opted for Automatic TV as its tactical analysis tool for clubs. The latest Automatic TV technology developed by Mediapro will allow clubs to perform instant analysis of match play by establishing a tactical camera viewpoint in the stadium. Currently, Automatic TV is set to equip all 42 teams competing in the La Liga, along with the Spanish Second and Third soccer divisions, and will be the technological solution to produce their tactical signals for matches.  Currently, soccer powerhouse Futbol Club Barcelona has fifteen Automatic TV units in their facilities.

Club leadership, coaches and owners are encouraged to visit Lusitano Stadium in Ludlow, MA to observe how the Automatic TV system operates and to see if it will work for their organizations.  If anyone would like details about Automatic TV and its technology, contact Steve Scott by e-mail at steve@intriguesportsgroup.com.
